The Langley Rams stretched their winning streak to six games and secured a home playoff game with a 26-22 road victory over the Kamloops Broncos in the Southern Interior city on Saturday.
Quarterback Duncan Little completed 21 of 30 pass attempts for 248 yards and a pair of touchdowns in just over three quarters of play, Little was rested in the fourth and Tristan Yanciw came in to clean up, completing four of his 10 attempts for 82 yards and a touchdown.
Liam Stewart led the way with nine catches for 96 yards and a touchdown, Victor Belanger caught six for 78 yards and a touchdown and Nick Agnoletto hauled in 4 passes for 42 yards and a major.
Joseph Carter carried the bulk of the load rushing the ball, pounding out 73 yards on 10 carries.
Jaden Sheilan rounded out the Rams scoring with two converts and a pair of field goals, one from 21 and the other from 17 yards out.
Kyle Clarot grabbed his fourth interception of the year and knocked down his league leading ninth pass of the season, Anthony Blackwell had an interception to go with his five tackles on the day, Isaiah Okoli recorded a pair of sacks and Colten De Jong got to the Broncos quarterback once.
The Rams now prepare for the BCFC Semi-Final versus Nanaimo’s VI Raiders, game time is 4PM next Saturday, October 20th, at McLeod Athletic Park Stadium.
